Blast off into space to join a universe-spanning competition to save our planet! Every few hundred years, beings from all the planets gather together to compete in a competition that secures each planet’s survival. With all the different events, our team sure has their work cut out for them! Can they win the Intergalactic Invitational? Will they make friends from other planets? Will they secure our planet’s future? Join us to create the story of this cosmic adventure and discover and then perform the story together!
Drama Quest classes offer students an active opportunity to develop their own play! Given a title and a prompt, students are guided through the process of creating their own story and characters. Once the play has been developed, rehearsals begin! Besides learning acting technique, students will get to assist in creating props, set pieces and their own original costumes with the help of a costumer. Drama Quest classes are challenging and fun for imaginative students of all talent levels, whether new to theatre or more experienced. At the end of the eight weeks, everything will culminate in a final showcase with the staged and costumed play performed before family and friends!
A Performance Showcase of our adventurous outcomes will be given at 6pm on the final day of class; no tickets required.
