The Ocean takes on its own personality in this adventure about a boy who becomes a fish!  Parry never expects that his littering will anger the ocean, but when it does, and he's turned into a fish, an adventure of a lifetime begins!  On his journey, as he learns about human impact on the ocean, Parry meets with a host of fun and crazy friends including, Cuttles, a cuddly cuttlefish, a dancing trio of Polyp triplets, Octavia, a shy but smart Octopus, Carl, the 100-year old coral, Fang, a shark with an inferiority complex, Zoe a beautiful, talented zoozanthelli, Marli, a Gobi fish and her sidekick Kingston, who run the "Coral Rinse Fish Wash" and many more!  In classic First Act Style we'll incorporate character development, vocal skills, movement, props or costume building and plenty of acting technique that will culminate in a fully costumed (Yes-we will even provide "pick up" costumes!) performance on ZOOM of this delightfully funny play.

From novice to seasoned actor, our production class offers a well-rounded approach to children's theatre.   Audition skills are introduced and refined.  Creative movement, vocal control, memory, acting technique and group cooperation are fostered throughout the eight weeks of rehearsal. Participants learn songs and dance choreography and learn about props and sets as they create a prop or set piece that will be used in the show.  And of course, all the fun culminates in a FREE fully-costumed ONLINE performance where they can't wait to show off all they've learned!

 Tuition: $190

*PLEASE NOTE*:  If you register one child for this program, and also register another child in the household  for "Narnia: The Magician's Nephew" on the same day/time,  they will both enter our ZOOM room at the same time.  Once in our ZOOM room, we will separate the students into two breakout rooms for the two different programs.  You will need to have separate devices for each breakout room so each child can participate separately in their assigned breakout room.
